How do I create a tag?

There are two ways to create a tag: 1. Click on the 'My Actions' tab - at the bottom right corner 'Tags' is stated. Press on the plus symbol and you are able to create a tag. 2. Click on the 'Trends' tab - click on the plus symbol and you are able to create a tag.
