How do I create a learning nugget?

There are two ways to create a learning nugget: 1. Press on the 'My Actions' tab - on the right side under Learning is the 'my learning nugget' and 'my team's learning nugget' . Click on the plus symbol next to 'my learning nugget' and the plus symbol next 'my team's learning nugget' to complete the set of information to create the learning nuggets. 2. Press on the 'My learning' tab - under 'my learning score' there is a plus symbol that you can click on, complete the set of information and create the learning nugget.
